Guided by Boards of Directors comprised of local citizens, SyCare community mental health centers provide both direct clinical care services, active outreach, and educational programming.

With over 30 years experience in each of their communities, the Administrative Offices for the 19 SyCare counties are located in four strategic locations.

• Southeast Mental Health Services - LaJunta
• Spanish Peaks Behavioral Health Center- Pueblo
• West Central Mental Health Center - Cañon City

SyCare provider offices are located throughout central, south central and southeastern Colorado. While respecting your right to privacy and upholding Federal standards for client confidentiality, SyCare mental health center providers work as a team with you and the persons you identify as part of your support system to provide education, guidance and support throughout your recovery process.
